After a 25-five-year career in public accounting, Mr. Lager has been operating his own accounting practice, Martin H. Lager, CPA, in January 1, 2004.  From January 1, 1996 through December 31, 2003, Mr. Lager was a partner in the accounting firm of Rubin & Katz LLP, where he was the manager of the tax department. Mr. Lager received a BS in Accounting from Babson College in 1974, and an MBA in Taxation in 1980 from St. Johns University. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New York.
