BE PART OF THE SOLUTION.

Calandra is ecstatic to be a part of the Phoenix sisterhood! A native Midwesterner, Cali graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with dual degrees in Theatre Performance and Directing & Management.  While mainly a classical actress, she loves to develop new work with many companies in the city, one of them being Boxed Wine Productions, of which she is a proud member.  Thanks to Prometheus!
Personal Statement:
The day I auditioned was also the day of my one-year anniversary of living in New York City.  Only looking back now, can I fully absorb that total propheticalness of that. Rebirth! Renewal! Growth!  During the workshop, I felt myself becoming stronger and more vulnerable at the same time, which was empowering and terrifying- and I suppose that’s the point.  The time I spent with my cast mates, Daniel, Laura and Sheri was breathtaking (often times, literally).  I feel that I am a better actor, artist, and human because of it.
